The Best Antelope Valley Veteran Charity: Wheels For Warriors
Empowering Veterans with Mobility and Independence
Our goal is to become and remain the best Antelope Valley veteran charity through our Wheels for Warriors program. This program provides free electric scooters or wheelchairs to veterans in need on a timely basis, usually within about a week.
Join AARVorg, Inc. and our flagship program, Wheels For Warriors, in our mission to provide essential mobility solutions to veterans across the nation, ensuring they receive the timely support they deserve.

They Carried the Burden. Now it’s Our Turn to Carry the Torch!
Robert Worthington, U.S. Army Airborne Ranger
Robert Worthington served his country as a U.S. Army Airborne Ranger from 1979 to 1982. During Operation Bright Star in Iran, his service left him with injuries that would eventually take a profound toll on his mobility and on his ability to live independently.
Years later, Robert found himself homeless in the Los Angeles area. Unable to walk because of those service-connected injuries, even the simplest daily needs could become obstacles. Getting from place to place, reaching services, and simply moving through the world with dignity were no longer things he could take for granted.
Then AARV Wheels for Warriors stepped in.
Through the program, Robert received an electric mobility scooter which was more than a piece of equipment, it was a way forward. It gave him the ability to get around again, to reclaim a measure of freedom, and to face each day with greater independence.
For a veteran who had already given so much, that scooter represented something deeply personal: mobility, dignity, and hope.
AARV Wheels for Warriors exists for veterans like Robert, men and women who should not have to remain isolated or immobile because they cannot afford the equipment they need or have to wait up to a year for the VA to provide one. The program provides free electric scooters and wheelchairs to eligible veterans in need, helping restore access to appointments, community, essential services, and everyday life.
Robert’s story is a reminder that a practical gift can create an immediate, life-changing impact. A donor’s support can help put a scooter or wheelchair beneath another veteran who is waiting, not someday, but when it is needed most.
